Mixing
Mixing is essential to improve the physical properties of cotton i.e. tensile and tear strength, elasticity, abrasion, and shrinkage resistance. Our cotton input to Auto Plucker has excellent HVI and AFIS standards.
Blow-Room
The extraction of dust and trash is reliant on the quantity of fiber individualization, which can be obtained from the processing of fibers. We have Auto Plucker, Auto Blender, Vission Shield Jossi, and Loptex Sonic machines to ensure optimal refinement of cotton in the blow-room.
Carding
Well-carded fiber is fundamental for the quality of yarn produced. Our Rieter C-70 is amongst the most trusted technology in Carding process, which ensures the fiber-to-fiber opening and best removal of the trash.
Drawing
Sliver from the carding is again processed with the help of our Rieter Breaker and Rieter Finisher drawings. The reason behind these two passages is to make sliver more uniform, even, and parallel.
Simplex
Key tasks of Simplex include attenuation-drafting of the sliver into roving, twisting of the drafted strand, and winding of the twisted roving on a bobbin. Our Jingsu Hong Yuan does a remarkable job in making our yarn one of the best-rated quality in Pakistan.
Ring
With the help of guides, the roving is fed to the pair of drawing rollers which draws this thick strand to its final desired count. We have equipped the ring section with Japan Toyoda RX 300E and Shanghai EJM 178 to ensure the optimal quality in our desired counts
Winding
An important function of winding is to detect and remove spinning faults and improve the overall yarn quality. There is none better in doing so than our Savio Pollar and Muratec Murata.
Laboratory
Amongst various other quality tests conducted at our laboratory, our products are also subjected to clearance of Uster Tester 4, Strenght Tester, and Yarn Appearance Tester to yield premium quality yarn products.
